A musical tribute concert "Lawrence Folley remembered" was held in Cape Town at the Artscape Theatre on Sunday 11th February 2007. Cape Town Opera will also be dedicating their May 2007 production of Tosca to the memory of Lawrence Folley.

The Black Tie Ensemble dedicated their concert on Sunday 25th March 2007 to Lawrence. It was held on the Opera Stage at the State Theatre, Pretoria.
